Limit flash use?

I thought I saw something where I can disable flash on website's, only works if prompted? Is this right, if so how? Thanks

I believe thats only with Dolphin Browser

Open browser > menu > settings > enable plugins > select 'on demand'

Now you will see where flash would be placed on a web page, but it will only play if you poke the play button that has replaced it.

I believe this is what you are refering too...
