Liberty ROM help!!!!!!!!

Im stuck in the boot logo and does the animation then the screen blinks i guess and then does the same **** wat do i do

pull battery
put it back in power on should take you to recovery
wipe and reflash

Same thing happened to me just the other day. My phone ran out of battery and when I charged it and started it back up it went into recovery and I was able to restore.
