Liberty GB question

I wanted to know if I install liberty GB (going from froyo to gb through tool box donate) and I choose to run another rom that is also on gb can I just flash it over liberty?

Or should I sbf back to froyo and then go to GB again?

you can run it over liberty.. just make sure you wipe data before you install it, and make sure the rom you are installing is based off of gingerbread 2.3.3dancedroid
