Since, the Ice Cream Sandwich source code was released, LG has been busy testing so they can determine which of their phones will get the ICS goodness. So far they have officially confirmed that the LG Optimus LTE, the Optimus Black, and the Optimus 3D will all receive ICS at some point in the future. This is in addition to their previous announcement of the LG Optimus 2X getting ICS. They didn't confirm a time-frame, but this is better than nothing. We are also continuing to evaluate the ICS OS to determine whether it is compatible with the functionality, features and performance of other LG smartphones to make the ICS OS available on as many LG smartphones as possible.
