LG G3 - how do I use it as Verizon Hotspot?

Looking into getting a LG G3. My current android is my home's only internet, using it as a hotspot whenever I'm home on on the house PC. I was hoping I could use the LG G3 in the same way. I am on the old unlimited plan.

Does Foxfi constantly work without at data caps?
Is there another hack that works without data caps? and doesn't require a password change each time?

Full FoxFi eliminates caps but works with the security enabled due to how it uses vpn.

When you say "works with security enabled" what do you mean?

What kinds of sites will I be able to access or not access on the PC connected to this FoxFi hotspot?

FoxFi should give you full access without restrictions, but I'm 100% confident that the root and tether hack will do that. My Droid Turbo is rooted and hacked, and so it gives me complete access to the web with my laptop and my tablet.

When you say "works with security enabled" what do you mean?

Sorry. You will have to enable a lock method on your device, like pin code.

But you will have unrestricted access from what I experienced.
