Launcher Force Close

I am getting a Launcher f/c when trying to add a direct dial or direct message. I have wiped and installed a different kernel without success any ideas. I also am having trouble with turning off the lock screen using the notification widget. Whenever I press it the screen just shuts off but the lock screen is still enabled.

I was getting same FC for launcher when adding a shortcut for direct dial or message. Never got it to work. I was having other issues occasionally too so i went back to a 12.3 backup i had. No issues ever with that one. I will wait for next release and try again. For now 12.3 is rock solid for me.
