Wishing you safe travels. I am retired military so the only criteria for good coffee [emoji477] is for it to be wet and hot. But I guess I am mellowing in my years because I have turned to foo foo coffee .. bought a Keurig a few years ago. Heaven help me [emoji38]

I could never take our freedom for granted ... not even for a second ...

I am also retired Military and also bought a foo foo maker several years ago. Just because the maker is foo foo the coffee doesn't have to be, Death Wish K-Cups, Black Rifle K-Cups and Napalm Turbocharger K-cup!

I don't know if we need a dedicated topic for coffee but lemme share a favorite coffee story. I was on my first ship, on my first deployment in the Navy. During some very heavy seas, we lost one of our 35 ft HF whip [emoji341] antennas. When we arrived in the Philippines [emoji1198], we noticed they has a brand new one in the Naval Shipyard there.

We offered them a 10 pound can of Mess deck coffee, and they not only gave it to us, but they even arranged for a crane to help install it in our ship.

I really miss the good old Philippines [emoji1198] ... we could get anything we needed as long as we had enough coffee [emoji477]

Good Evening Y'all,
Just finished my second cup of iced coffee...
Strong and black...
Best iced coffee in the evening to help cool down this evening... Was almost 90 today in Eastern SDiego...
Have a "K-Kup" maker at home and work for the necessary 3rd carafe if necessary. Costco's Dark Roast works in a pinch, but will have to check out the Black Rifle Co for K-Kups, as I've only had their beans to grind one other time...
