I actually woke up this morning soar from yesterday's workout. I mixed in some stairs and turned up the juice (aka speed). I was going to get up at 3am and my muscles said "no". So I gave it an extra 80 mins of rest and they were ready.
My job is enough of a work out for me. Used to play harder on the weekends long time ago. Now just fling arrows. Much easier on the body. Except for that one hill I have to climb to get to that dumb bear on the other side.
