I'll be slow cooking some boneless bbq ribs today. Now that you mention it, I may as well throw them in the crockpot

We pressure cook the ribs first, then BBQ. Haven't ever slow cooked them, probably good? Could you BBQ them after the crock, or would the meat fall off the bone?

Yeah, they would fall apart if you tried grilling them after the crockpot.
You could slow cook them in the oven at 250 for a couple hours. 3 hours for ribs on the bone...then finish them off on the grill for 10-15 min .. depending on how hot your grill is.

I do my ribs super slow on the charcoal grill/smoker for 6 or 8 hours at around 250. Afterwards every once in a while I put them in the oven for 20 or 30 minutes at 350 just to finish them off

Here is the start of it. Trimmed most the fat off, stuffed with garlic and onion, injected with a little brown sugar and bourbon marinade (store bought packet you just add water and oil to) poured a little on top with a mixture of Worcester shire sauce and kitchen bouquet. Smells delicious. Will eat in 5-6 hours

Like always I will post pics as it cooks.

That's looks so good...

We love that Brown Sugar Bourbon Marinade, it's really great on lots of meat choices.

I've used for stuff on the grill but usually let it soak for a day or so. I think this was a Mccormick s one. I've become very fond of their spices and seasonings lately. Especially their chili spice packets.

We rotate between most of their packets, I like the leave in pouch for extended times, my wife is fond of the instructions, either way they are great.

Looks great Miller! [emoji106] I'm going to throw mine in around 2ish since we typically eat dinner around 6ish.

I posted this on the S3 forum, but thought I'd mention it to the foodies here.

it's pretty cool. They send you fresh organic ingredients (with recipe cards) to make 3 compete dinners.

The food is fairly customizable and I was blown away by the freshness of the ingredients they sent. As well as the end result with the completed meals.

It's about $60 bucks for three meals for 2 people and you can choose to have those 3 meals arrive each week, once a month, etc. I'll probably do it every 2-3 weeks, but It's going to depend on how our next few boxes turn out. (Our next box should arrive today btw) Really great recipes through, all 3 dinners turned out great.
