Now imagine hearing that every morning for two hours, I live right off the end Blue Angel Parkway here in Pensacola by the base. They practice right over the top of my house, it is cool to watch but it gets old by the end of the season.

The homecoming show is amazing, my family really enjoys going.

We hear the F18's all the time....we live a mile off the end of the runway here as well...

My office over 2 years was at the end of Miramar during the Top Gun years. Yep sometimes annoying when you have to ask the other person on the phone to repeat things... But still awesome

Agreed!....very awesome. Those had to be the days....I wish the Tomcats still flew!! Those were awesome beautiful jets!

Yes, those F-14s were flying over daily when I was your kids age, loved them as well.

You know how it is then. Luckily I only have to deal with the angels for the most part, still have what looks to be F4's that new pilots are training in flying about but they are never really on the throttle.

Well there are plenty of Blackhawks and Chinooks also but they don't really bother me.
