The roast was pretty much like any other. Fell off the bone and melted in the mouth. The hamburger in Hamburger Helper was kinda chewy/rough. The steaks, I found a recipe for a marinade that claimed to take a lot of the gaminess out of them. It did, because they were pretty tasty as well.
