Hi, recently sold my iPhone 4 due to the fact I'd been waiting for months and months for the unlock (not complaining)

I decided to move on to the Droid and I have T-mobile. The phone that I'm considering about is the Droid A855 factory unlocked.
What are the pros and cons of this phone? Does it worth buying?
Price: $400-$500.

Thank you.

Why in the world would an OG Droid be priced higher than a new Droid X, Droid 2, or Droid Incredible? That seems way out of line, but thats just my opinion.

Other than that, you will be hard pressed to find any OG Droid users on here tell you the phone isnt a great phone. It still delivers, has a great Dec Community, and has steadily been updated...and seems to take a pretty decent beating and still work.

Good luck...:)

unlocked OG Droid means no contract tied to it correct? That's the only reason I can think of why it's priced so high.

I'm also wondering how you're going to use it on T-Mobile unless it's a Milestone and not a OG Droid. T-mobile uses SIM cards I thought?

I think u are getting ripped off, some one is lying to u! First there is no droid phone that will work with t-mobile. Droid phones are exclusive from verizon and are CDMA based. T-mobile is GSM based. Two different things. The only company that can use droids other than verizon is metropcs/cricket and a few other small similar companies. Second a droid A855 is worth no more than $150 now in days. Third but not least t-mobile does carry Android based phones, idk of any android t-mobile phone that might compete with the iphone but they do have android phones. If u really want a phone that will satisfy ur need to replace ur iphone I suggest to change companies and either get a verizon droid or sprint evo.
