Keep screen off?

Hey there, I'm wondering if there is a way that I can have the screen stay off while being plugged or unplugged to/from usb?

I keep my screen on at all times I'm using it (screen timeout disabled)
I don't see why my screen has to come on when I plug it in to use as a drive, or to charge it (I auto mount my usb)

If you go into settings*applications*development*stay awake. Is this what you were looking for? (in response to dolpns13)

The only way to have your screen always on is to use an app like KeepScreen as most apps have/take control of the screen settings as needed when they are run

Settings>applications>development>uncheck stay awake while charging should help while plugged into usb. Either that or after you plug it in just hit the top power button to shut it off manually
