First off, let me state that I'm a smart phone newbie so I probably won't understand much of what's said to me. Just assume that I don't know cell phone lingo and stuff.
My brother set up my phone for me. He put K-9 Mail on it. I have two gmail based emails that he programed into it. My primary one is a @gmail.com email and the secondary email is a [email protected] email, but based through Gmail/Google.
The problems I'm having are with my secondary .org email. The first problem is that I keep getting messages that I sent out appearing in my inbox. I obviously only want incoming mail to be shown in my inbox, not outgoing mail. I have no idea how to fix this.
The second problem is that this .org email also don't load all of my new emails. I'm definably missing some new and unread emails because when I log into a computer, they're there but they're not showing up in K-9 Mail. Again, I don't know how to fix this.
I've tried un-installing the app and reinstalling it but nothing's changed.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
