Yes there is a new version of market and it looks like it.. I got it on mine as well. It looks far better than the old one .. for me anyways..

If you are not rooted it should download/update itself.. it will eventually come to you .. just be patient

Pull up ur market and hit menu and search for update mine did it auto like a week or so ago.
