Just got my razor yesterday

I just want to say this is a great phone. I'm coming from a rooted and rom'd tbolt and I love this phone. Its not a maxx but out of the box and fully charged I got 8 hours on 80% doing my full set up of apps and all. I don't have 4g but I'm getting almost 3 meg download speeds. The camera is amazing. I'm completely happy with my phone. I'm considering not rooting it. I just wanna say how pleased I am with this phone to anyone considering buying it and would recommend it to anyone with big red.

I have an upgrade and I really want to get the maxx but it's a little too much right now. When something new comes out and the price drops, I'm probably going to switch. No 4G here either but hopefully sometime soon. I've only seen the razr online because there's no vow stores around me but I'd like to try it before I do buy it.

I probably will root it, but only to hide the bloatware and other apps I'll never use.

I know what you mean about the RAZR. My OG Droid had so many ROMs and kernels on it and I never got solid Wi Fi and other little problems kept popping up. Now my phone, via Smart Actions, knows when I'm home, at work or at the bar with a solid Wi Fi signal at all of the above. My volume is automagically adjusted based on these locations and everything just works. I am seriously considering not rooting as well. If it ain't broke, well you know the rest.

Just got my razor yesterday. I previously had a bionic which I liked very much, I didn't have all the problems others were experiencing with it. I just wanted to try a new phone and so far so good. I have to admitted I love this phone so far the main difference for me is the handoff between 4g and 3g. On the bionic I would drop data during the switch and it would take some time for it to come back so far on the razr it has been flawless I have not drop data once hope it stays that way. Did I say I love this phone.

I got mine 2 days ago coming from thunderbolt. The razor very smooth and nice looking phone. I'm just trying to get used the stock transitions on razor especially when you hit the key button when you're in app. It kinda stutters
