Vlingo confirmed they have a bug.
Vlingo does an awesome job at taking action based on your voice commands - one of those is: "send email to (contact)".
The problem is that Vlingo only sends it via gmail - not any other email accounts you may have set as default. You have no option to choose - it's always gmail.
They said this is a known issue and will be addressed in the next update hopefully.
