Just Bought A Galaxy Watch 8

After a few days the battery is beginning to settle in . First couple of days it was amazingly horrid but got a little better each day.
On Amazon I found some plastic covers that only wrap the body and not the screen or bezel . I know there's always been and always will be a debate over them but while I don't need one on this M1 tank of a design I do appreciate going from a bright chrome looking silver to a more dull titanium look or even changed things up by going black on black .
While visiting grass this morning I realized "ohh . I've got a quick button that's set to start an " other" exercise" . In only a couple milli seconds (how long it takes to double press the action button) I was tracking my heart rate and step count . it's nice to be able to keep an eye on my heart rate when mowing the lawn when I hit those tough spots and my breathing gets labored.
Sleep tracking, step count , stress , etc are all pretty much on par with the GW8 and seem to be pretty close to the Ultra but better than the GW7 , which for some reason does horribly on step count and GPS mapping.
The GW8 is still a little more comfortable , especially with a leather band , and since I boxed up the Ultra and sent it this morning that means I'm gonna keep the Classic .
Oh LTE reception is a little better on the 8C.
Volume on the Classic is the lowest , like the 6 series low , whereas the GW8 is about the same as the GW7 but nothing compared to the rock concert loud ability (sarcasm) of the double speakered Ultra . I'll get used to the super low volume of calls but I kinda really like the less intense jeopardy times up notification tone vs the blast it does on the Ultra .
Samsung is gonna have to do something amazing (like a solid state battery) for me to get excited about the 9 series . I'm truly enamored with the looks , feel , and performance is the 8 and 8Classic .

Here's a photo of titanium and black covers .

Here's something VERY good to report .
On my 4,6 , and Ultra when leaving Bluetooth and switching to LTE it was easily a minute before the watch was usable again and about another 5 minutes before cloud sync would forward anything . This is why I was never really excited to have that ability . It was great for leaving my phone at home or something but not so great at work where I was frequently away from my phone and back .
I don't think it's Wear6 that is different because the Ultra was still just as clunky BUT when leaving Bluetooth and switching to LTE the 8C is up and syncing in about 15 seconds with notifications forwarding on under a minute .
There is also much less battery hit to leave LTE on auto . Also the watch isn't heating up and going into airplane mode in craptacular reception areas .
I've actually used more cellular data on the watch since getting it than I have on my phone .
Finally Samsung has caught back up to their OG Gear S in terms of cellular usage .
