Does anyone know if they will make a liberty blurry? Sounds weird but I actually like the blur that's on the x. Thanks guys!

Go to Liberty Toolbox. Under app management-install add ons. You can add some blur apps back on.

All I know is you have 2 options of a lockscreen under settings-liberty settings-lockscreen settings. May be some lockscreen app out there. And, I use launcher pro+

if you want that much blur i'd say don't flash a rom and just stay stock.

what it is your looking to gain from a custom rom?
