Jumped from ICS .215 to .217 and lost data

I jumped using the droid 4 ICS tool 2.0. everything seemed to go fine until I booted and saw that the 4g symbol was there but it never turned blue. For some reason the data tries to send and the arrow moves as if it was trying to receive data but nothing that requires data will ever load. Any ideas to fix this? I think I might try fastbooting ICS in the morning.


*Edit: Woke up this morning and data had worked itself out. Happily running .27 on non-safe and CM9 7/24 Nightly on safe side!
