jpeg photos from i phone wont open

Since the kit kat update I can not open jpeg photos sent as an attachment from an i phone.

downloads them and msg says no program to support viewing photos????

On the iPhone you need to do the following.. Go to Settings --> iMessage --> Send as SMS if iMessage fails. Turn this ON. Then enjoy being able to send MMS to groups of iPhone and Android users - something Apple apparently doesn't want Apple users doing.
