JB Upgrade

I still have not been able to get the JB Upgrade! Anyone else? Every time that the upgrade link lights up it then states that no upgrade is available!

Do you have a URL of how to manually upgrade my Bionic to JB?

I read on a tech thread how someone else was able to upgrade to JB after clearing the Cache. I gave it a try and then was able to successfully upgrade to JB!
