jb upgrade, now no alarm clock shortcut but alarm still goes off?

So I got the job upgrade the other day and it looked like my alarm clock plus app was no longer there. I downloaded it again and set my alarm for this morning. Well it went off at the time I set, but then it went off again 45 minutes later at the time I previously had it set to. I checked the alarm settings and they're correct. It's like there's a ghost of the alarm app running and I can't find it.

The stock alarm is in the Clock app. Or may need to clear defaults and data in the clock app itself.

If yout click on the clock app it should show you if you have an alarm set on the mainscreen... just click on that to shut it off or edit it
