How to do I get iTunes from motocast

You should be able to select the file location of the files you want to sync with Motocast - make sure that you have your iTunes folder as one selected.

I will try. Last time I found the folder but could not download music. I guess it depends on whether they are a protected format. Is that my understanding.

Yes, I think DRM protection can be a factor...

My music path is like this "c drive - user - stg - my music - iTunes"...I know yours is different but if you add that path / file to the Motocast folder sync set, you would be able to listen to anything available in the folder.

iTunes is my only path, since I've got this running on a Mac, so I probably wouldn't be much use. But if you have a Mac question, ask me! LOL

That is true, that MotoCast won't play DRM music. But if you want, you can upgrade your iTunes DRM tunes to DRM free. This link will tell you how.
