iTunes equivalent

1st post as a new droid owner.

I was browsing the apps section looking to see if there was an itunes app and i came across DroidTunes-Beta. I love itunes and how easy it is to sync the music to my ipod. Is there anything out there or anything coming out in the near future that will be able to compete with itunes?

I've been using MediaMonkey and loving it. I get my music elsewhere, from a number of sources, and use MM to organize and sync with my Droid and iPod.

Go to the Android Market and download I music. It's a free app that will enable you too download free mp 3. There's no need to buy most of them from Amazon

+1 for MediaMonkey. Syncs with the phone perfectly.

I'm wondering about a Verizon "iTunes" too. I already have about 2000 mp3s on my Droid but I'd love to have a program that can allow me to create playlists while it's synced to my computer. Doubletwist is nice if you're starting from scratch but I already have my songs - now what?
