It should be almost here, you know what i'm talking about

well I just registered, and filled out the entire thing, hopefully it worked and I might get the GB test? Keeping my fingers crossed, if not I will try and wait for everyone else to get it

i got my invitation to the soak test this morning and filled out the mini survey for it, now its a waiting game dancedroid

Just tried to register, and it refuses to let me due to lack of a serial number for...a tablet. I don't own one. It can't figure that out :icon_evil:
Really Moto?

EDIT: Got it. Script failure or somethin'...

Waiting waiting waiting... got invited to a certain baking demonstration this morning!

Sent from my DROID2 GLOBAL using DroidForums

would easiest way to get phone back to stock and ready to update to do the SBF thing with the rsdlite app and usb cable thingy.... easiest surefire way anyhow..

I have never RSDed my phone before and want to make sure I have all this right, if it turns out I need to.

I have rsdlite 4.9 and the Motorola PreRelease Mobile Drivers, a file that just says Motorola 4.7.4_64(or 32) and Common and Baseband drivers. I installed RSDLite and the Moto drivers, is it necessary to install the Common and Baseband drivers as well?

I am using the DROID2WE_X6_2.4.29_FULL.sbf file for now. I have slow internet, so this may have to be it or maybe I can download a newer version.

Thanks for the help.

yea the D2G almost seems un-brickable.. i mean with all the SBF abilities and recovery stuffs... i dunno it seems pretty difficult to brick one from what i've seen so far.. lol dancedroid

Good to see sbf went well, it's always nerve wracking the first time through .

lol, ive bricked a few phones before, ive been through several android phones, sbf'ing wasnt very nerve racking to me, i think its almost impossible to brick a d2g as well. that said, i cant wait until this hits, it should be any day now until the baking event begins ;)

^That should be the OG D1 if you ask me, I've yet to hear of a completely and totally bricked Droid 1. I have an old D1 lol, it has yet to fail me:motdroidvert:
