issues after update anyone? ??

Wasn't even aware there WAS an update, (wife's phone and she would have said something). Maybe that's good. Was it OTA?

Super slow 4G and faster battery drain. I've also had to do a battery pull once because I couldn't unlock my lock screen. Update was bad enough for a lot of people that they even reported it on droid-life.com

Yes it was an OTA, and YES the battery drain is real bad, also my alarm volume is real low, but no big deal for me, went back to my buttery smooth CM ROM.

same here! and terrible battery now. ugh!

internetavenger - verizon will replace your phone for this issue? i have insurance, if that matters.

they sure will if its under warranty.
the first idiot i spoke to had me put in 2 new sim cards and still said it was the sim card and wanted me to drive 10 miles to a store to get a new one!!
the second guy said verizon knows about it and is shipping me out another phone.

yep total issues! verizon knows about it.
i have a new phone comming. a factory reset will NOT fix it either so dont bother unless verizon makes you do one to get a new phone
what idiots huh?

Same., verizon said they will have to send out a new phone to fix the issues..should have mine tuesday.

Messed up my camera/gallery function. All my pictures were pushed to 'my files', the Gallery function doesn't work and any pics I take are randomly stored in different folder, weird! Anybody else get anything like this?

Sorry to say but your issues are not warranty issues, if that was the case everyone who received the latest update should get a new phone from Verizon, and we all know that is not going to happen, it is a software issue and will be corrected soon enough, no company in their right mind is going to replace hardware do to a bad software update, worse case scenario they will just shoot out the previous software that was on the hardware till new software is stable enough for public release, if what you guys are saying ever got out to the main stream public, Verizon upper management would have a fit, and many heads would roll.

They tried to do a hard reset on my phone yesterday and it would never come back on verizons network and show registration. Aftet this is when they decided to replace the phone under a "software" glitch. I don't think all phones are acting the same. 3 sim cards didn't even fix my issues.
