Yes it was an OTA, and YES the battery drain is real bad, also my alarm volume is real low, but no big deal for me, went back to my buttery smooth CM ROM.Wasn't even aware there WAS an update, (wife's phone and she would have said something). Maybe that's good. Was it OTA?

yep total issues! verizon knows about it.
i have a new phone comming. a factory reset will NOT fix it either so dont bother unless verizon makes you do one to get a new phone

Sorry to say but your issues are not warranty issues, if that was the case everyone who received the latest update should get a new phone from Verizon, and we all know that is not going to happen, it is a software issue and will be corrected soon enough, no company in their right mind is going to replace hardware do to a bad software update, worse case scenario they will just shoot out the previous software that was on the hardware till new software is stable enough for public release, if what you guys are saying ever got out to the main stream public, Verizon upper management would have a fit, and many heads would roll.
