Issue with adding contacts shortcuts

I am using Helixlauncher on 2.1 and I am trying to add contact shortcuts, however, when I long press, go to contacts, then it brings up my contact list. Not all my contacts are there. Why is this? I can just go to my contacts folder and see them all, but not by doing it this way.

does it only show actual phone contacts? it might not show contacts that you got from syncing through like facebook..

I figured it out. It was how I had my Facebook contacts set up to sync. Instead of having sync "all" contacts I only had it checked to sync my current contacts.
