Issue with a certain download... HELP!

Im trying to download pure messenger widget. It says purchased... I try to install but this is what happens. It says your item will be downloaded.... but never downloads. The download progression bar stays in the striped look, instead of an increasing red percentage bar. Not for very long though. Shortly after it starts it just vanishes as if I didn't click to install.

Help me out guys

Clear cache in market.

It may be getting flagged by your credit card company. That's what happened the first time I tried to buy vignette, since its not a u.s. transaction or whatever you call it.

What can I do to stop ut from being flagged? Should I go to the bank

You might want to just call first. See if they stopped it because it was an international transaction.
