ISP masker

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knows a good program to mask my laptop ISP while I'm online. Any help in the right direction would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Basically, the only reason I want it would be because I use piratebay occasionally, and may of may not have gotten a few albums from there if I'm too lazy to go buy em. Yes, I know this forum doesn't condone talking about stuff like that, but anyways, I would much rather have a masked ISP. Mostly because I'm slightly paranoid, lol.
