Is this a good Backup

I just did a backup of my stock .173 using BootStrap. When I look at the backup on my sd-ext I see four files:
-Cache.ext3.tar (zip file)
-data.ext3.tar (zip file)
-nandroid.md5
-system.ext3.tar (zip file)

Is this what a normal backup looks like?

Mine looks the same, just not sure if it correct but seems so.
