It seems that 6.7.246 removed any option to change the default download location
for the browser and even third party browsers. My main browser is Xscope but
I've tried Dolphin and Opera as well. There is no longer an option to change the
download location. This seems strange that even third party browsers can't be
configured to use a different location. The download folder could be changed in
Xscope on 5.9.905.
