Is there an app for this?

I know there are apps that will change your voice when recording. Is there one that changes it while speaking on the phone? Or maybe one that inserts background noises?

I loooong time ago my buds and I would hang out at a pizza place and eat pizza and drink beer. There was a phone booth there (remember those?) that for a quarter would play various background noises (airport, police sirens, construction work, etc.) while you talked on the phone. What a resource!

I would love to have an app that would do either of the above!

You could play car sirens or baby crying while you are on the phone.

you could probably use speaker phone to have both parties hear the effects
