is there an accessible address bar?

Hello, new to droid. I need to access my work email by typing in an actual url. I don't have an accessible address bar. I can see it right now as I'm here, I can read which address I am currently at, but I cannot click it and type in my own url. This email site is not google-able. Do I have to dl a browser with that feature?

there is a url bar, just scroll all the way up and then scroll a little more and you will see it, plus you can always type url's into a google search bar and it will go directly to the url
