Is there a way to delete BlueTooth Profiles?

I have a couple of blue tooth headset/earpieces on my BT listing that I no longer use, but can't seem to find a way to delete/remove them?

I am sure that it is somewhere within the Settings, but I cannot figure it out. Any help is greatly appreciated.
