Is there a split screen app?

I use my DROID RAZR MAXX a lot while driving. That is, with navigation and Pandora. I would like to have an app where I can see both on the screen at the same time. Does that already exist or is this already possible? I have the ICS update with the .215 leak installed.

I know it's off-topic, but it's really cool to be able to watch a video in a picture in picture, and still use the home screen and run apps, swipe, etc.

You could run Pandora in Floating Widget: http://goo.gl/BxQ8m. Floating Widget will sit on top of Navigation, and you can resize it to take up as much of the screen as you want.
