is there a 4 g outage at all phone says no networks then switchesto 3g

Try rebooting your phone.. if that doesn't do anything.. call vzw. Perhaps your area is having an outage

Thanks for reply i did reboot twice tried airplane mode and try the manual switch there was a repaid 4 g i had to do around 6 months ago but cant find the program again;(
