Is their a way to back up your saved playlists?

I have multiple playlists andi don't wanna keep doing them everytime i change a rom.. is their a way to save it and restore it when I change the rom?

i know mybackup pro will backup / restore playlist, im not sure if thats the same thing as what was previously mentioned or not.
