Is it the phone or the service?

I work at a corporate HQ. We have Verizon for everything. Our building is absolutely saturated with Verizon signal.

But my TB only shows 1x. It's unusable for data. Not even 3g, let alone 4g.

So how do I know if it's a problem with the phone or not?

This is garbage! 1x. The guy next to me has a Verizon Blackberry and he's got 3g and great speed.

If this phone is crap they better not charge me $35 to return it!
