Is it really uninstalled

I uninstalled some Apps.. but is there an APP that cleaned the deleted phone like one does on a PC. I use www.ccleaner.com on my PC that cleans off junk I dont use. Is that necessary for the SD card or Bionic memory too?

If I remember to, I clear the data and cache before uninstalling. That seems to work, although I have seen empty folders bearing the name of an app I no longer have.
