my whole point is saying "ill drink to that" was to try and get the topic away from any potential flamming and such that could've gone down and would've created more problems for the mods. right now people are (i hope) patiently waiting for an announcement about what all has been going down with blackdroid and i think we are all just trying to get that topic out of our head and have a little fun.

I understand what you are saying, but please understand what I am getting at.... There is an off-topic forum, we could all be in there making these pointless posts (start a "waiting for the drama to unfold" waiting room thread, for example)

This particular thread, in this particular forum; is getting cluttered up with bouncing banannas and the like (which are hilarious) and it makes it hard to figure out which posts hold pertinent info.

The point in deleting crap posts and banning users who continue to clutter up the forum is to keep the threads clean and readable. My whole issue with this particular thread getting cluttered up is that mods and admins are now actively participating in the type of posting that would normally at least get posts deleted, if not users banned.

I guess I am just asking "Can't we take this conversation to the lounge?"

This particular thread, in this particular forum; is getting cluttered up with bouncing banannas and the like (which are hilarious) and it makes it hard to figure out which posts hold pertinent info.

The point in deleting crap posts and banning users who continue to clutter up the forum is to keep the threads clean and readable. My whole issue with this particular thread getting cluttered up is that mods and admins are now actively participating in the type of posting that would normally at least get posts deleted, if not users banned.

i get what your trying to get at, i think the first 15 pages in this thread are serious on topic stuff, but the previous few are people trying to make a hard situation, just a little bit easier

Myself, and others know the forum rules. But what you stated is basically what I posted above you.
We just need something to break the tension. It's not a whole section going downhill, or a major thread. Just one thread, in a tense section, with anxious people.
