Hello all,

I'm a Droid Noobe, I have a Droid 1 (the A855) I heard it's the one that they don't make anymore. I just wanted to introduce myself and looking for a little help with it as I'm a noobe. I've actually already posted the current problem that I'm having, but here it is again.

I had been having problems with the space too low for a couple weeks and have tried to uninstall apps using manage apps, but they wouldn't delete/uninstall - it would just be caught in a loop.

I finally gave up and just did a factory reset yesterday, but am not able to download/install any apps now. I go to market, find the app I want and press the install button on the screen and it's just locks from there - with that screen showing and the install button pressed. Can someone share their expertise with me on what I'm doing wrong or what step I missed after I did the factory reset.

Thank you all.

Sorry you are having issues.

First, if you have a task killer remove it.
Second, open the market and tap menu, tap download. All of your apps will display. You can reinstall from there.

I'm not sure why the apps would not uninstall. The next time try opening the app in the market and tap then tap uninstall instead of install.

Welcome to the forums and like mike said just go into the market and select downloads and reinstall the apps from there. The Dinc section on the forum and im sure the answer to your question awaits to be found there. Good luck and enjoy the phone
