Introduction and question re: photos

Hi, I'm new here and to the Droid. I'm Sandy Dreesen.

My question is how can I transfer photos from my Droid Incredible to my Dell computer, and from my Dell computer to my phone?

I tried to install ADB software and it failed. They said Windows was unable to install my ADB. Also that Windows could not find driver software for my device. I had my USB cable plugged in correctly to my pc and my phone. I also had the disc loaded which came with my phone.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

as for your specific question, did you try just copying them thru your usb cable? that's how i do it...
