Instagram photo saving

Is it possible to download and save photos from Instagram application? So I cannot figure it out and I really need help. Thanks.

Hmmm I've done "accidental" screen shots but I don't know how to on this phone...please instruct me.

You can take a screen shot by holding the home button and the power button at the same time.

You can also do it by swiping the side of your hand across the screen (right to left, I think). I do accidental screen shots in my pocket all the time!
