Incredible 2-Issues with Contact Owner App.

I just downloaded the Contact Owner app and made sure all of my contact information is in there. It shows that's it's in there in the preview pane. However, when I go to unlock my phone, all I see is the keypad to unlock it. There's no message displayed across the screen. Anyone else have issues with this same problem?
