Incoming 2nd Caller - No Notfication

When I am talking on my Droid X and a 2nd caller calls me I do not hear any beep or tone to alert me that I have another call. The 2nd caller then goes to my v-mail and leaves a message. Is there a setting or something that I need to change so i will be alerted to a 2nd incoming call?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The Answer Is

Call your provider and have them turn on "Call Waiting Feature" Works fine now.
