When I had my X2, I used the RingDroid app to make a ringtone from an mp3.

I created my own from an mp3 years ago. Beedn using it an a number of phones. I could try sending it as an attachment.

I downloaded a ringtone from Zedge called Austin Cel. When it rang I had someone tell me it was the same as In Like Flint. I like the ringtone, check it out.

i realize that this is an older thread, but i just did this, took less than 10 min, (including registering at zedge), and it COST NOTHING...and im NOT a highly skilled tech or android guy...anyway, went to zedge, registered, found 'our man flint' ringtone and emailed it to my phone gmail addr...opened email, downloaded the tone and and in the top info bar this download will appear...press the item and then menu in lower left corner and one of the selections will be 'use as ringtone'...press it and you're done...yeah its too simple and i may see a barrage of unwanted crap in my inbox but gettin the tone is ez
