The resolution is to hit the settings widget (on the computer) on the top right next to your name and click my market account - this list all of your apps and you can download them to the phone from this list.
4) Downloading apps - How to stop it from putting apps on your screen when you download and HOW TO STOP THE BEEP! Under Market on the phone go to settings, uncheck Notifications - that causes the beeps. Check Auto Update apps. Uncheck auto-add shortcuts.
