iMessage for Android

Was wondering if there was an app that lets you chat/text with iMessage users? A few of my friends (unfortunately) have iPhones and it would be nice to chat that way.

I have the same request. I love my droid, but my work requires i use a Mac, which is fine. Only my boss and colleagues all use iPhones, and the new iOS has the iMessage feature which i use myself using my AppleID. I just want to be able to receive the iMessages sent to my AppleID on my droid. Does anyone know of a messenger app that allows me to sign in with AppleID to receive said iMessages.

Nope, there's not one. Apple exercises full control over iMessage, and the service is exclusive to their devices.
