if i have disabled something how do i enable it again

I disabled the email on the maxx because it wasn't downloading my yahoo mail correctly. When i downloaded yahoo from play store and set that up it is working flawlessly. However the email that came with the phone. The emblem that looks like a stamp with an e in it.
I disabled it and now yahoo and internet anything I do for more than 30 seconds says it has to close email is not working. I think if i enable it it might make thongs run smooth again.
How do i enable. The enable option is darkened. Any help? Thanks.

Well, if you are rooted and have Titanium backup installed (you don't have to have a backup of email created), you can "defrost" the app. If you aren't rooted, then I'm afraid that you'll probably need to do a factory reset.

How to enable a disabled app

Settings, apps (select "all" on the top far right), scroll to the bottom of the list, find the disabled app, click on it, click enable.

I had to do a factory reset and start all over again. It has been working flawlessly since. Thanks everyone.
